This has been a year of Goodreads for me. With over 60 books this year this is my list of top 10 reads in 2019.

1.  The Dominator series by DD. Prince

With 3 books in the series this is my favourite book series of all time. The first book The dominator is the story of Tommy and Tia, it's dark but beautiful and I soo love the character of Tommy that I just can't stop talking about him. The second book Truth or dare is the story of Dario and Angel a broken but beautiful sex slave who was presented as a gift to Dario on his 25th birthday. The third book is all about more action, romance and domination by the Ferrano boys. The series also have a novella with the story of the wedding of Tommy and Tia published as a special birthday edition of the dominator, and also a spin-off ( which I haven't read yet).

2. Ugly love by Colleen Hoover

Colleen Hoover is one of my favourite writer. Her books are simple yet very gripping. Ugly love is the story of Tate and Miles who love each but can't love each other, their love turns ugly when his past comes in between them and overpower his emotions for her.

3. Indebted series by Pepper Winters

Honestly when I read the Synopsis of the first book, I thought how can an author write a 7 book lengthy story about a 600 years old vandetta (that sounds ridiculous, right?). But I was completely awed by the supreme creativeness of the author Pepper Winters. I felt every emotion in the 7 book long journey of Nila and Jethro. I was sad and happy and I was crying like crazy, literally I cried for hours and i cried not only for the good guys but also for the bad guys. The author has done a spectacular job with the series, definitely, definitely, definitely worth of every single minute of your reading time.

4. Sita's Sister by Kavita kané

Which is your favourite character from Ramayana??
Mine has always been Urmila. I was always fascinated by her, and that is why I was soo looking forward to this book.
This is not Ramayan from Urmila's point of view, but the story of Urmila.
Although I loved the book but it felt as if the characters suffers personality interchange. I would just say read the book just as a historical fiction and not as story of a character of Ramayana.

5. To all the boys I've loved before series by Jenny Han

I was soo scared to read this, because this is such a hyped up book series and was scared I would not like it that much, so was never really picking it up. But last month I don't know what hit me and I decided to give this book series a try and thankfully wasn't disappointed with this at all and now this is one of my all-time favourite book series.

6. The palace of illusions by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni

Another mythological fiction in the list but I do not have any regret as it is my favourite genre. The story of Mahabharat has always been a story of men. This age old story has always been told with a male perspective, a hero. But what about the heroine of Mahabharat. The reason for the epic war Draupadi. The palace of illusions is the story of Draupadi and the story of Mahabharat from the perspective of Draupadi, her feelings and emotions, her sorrows and regrets, her love n her secrets.

7. The Zoya factor by Anuja Chauhan

This rom-com was released in 2008, this year it was adapted into a major motion picture starring Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salman. Although the film was a disaster the book was hilarious. I could easily relate myself to Zoya, and with the whole "human Lucky charm" concept this book really was an entertaining and a refreshing company.

8. Since you've been gone by Morgan Matson.

I could sooo easily relate to Emily and the way her character evolved in the book was just amazing.
The romance between Emily and Frank was soo cute, the time they spend together, their conversations, the way she opened up to him and felt free infront of him everything was just pure innocence.
I also really loved all the other characters in the book(that's the thing with me I most of the time end up loving side characters more) I loved the the slow side romance brewing between Collins and Dawn which for me was like those special extra touches on an already beautiful painting.
All n all just an amazing book to spend your time unless you have your own list of weird stuff to tick off.

9. Take a chance on me By Sapna Bhog

This was the debut of the author and my first book by this author and was such a romantic read. The story was kind of like a typical Indian t.v serial but I sooo loved the characters and their chemistry that I couldn't stop myself from reading this book, and I finished reading this book in just a few hours. This is the first book in the Sehgal friends and family saga and I can't wait to read the other books in the series.

10. The hating game by Sally Thorne

The hatting game is one of the best rom-com office drama I have read.
The characters are truly amazing and PONT TO BE NOTED, Joshua Templeman is making it straight to my favourite book boyfriend list. Joshua and Lucy hate each other. Sitting across they always compete with each other for even smallest of a task. But now they are gonna play a bigger game, they are both up for the same promotion. But things between them spices up when Lucy sees an entirely different view of their "hating game" or maybe this is just another game.

This was only 1/6th of my total reads this year and my year with reading has a real goodreads year.
