My Review:
This a great book as it enumerates about why it is important to develop habits, and thereafter, has a total of seven plus one pro habit that has the ability to help us make a conscious effort to form positive routines and pave way for life that is both healthy and enjoyable.
Out of all the habits, the one which I immediately started practicing was Letting Go. Reading this makes us realize that instead of holding onto the past and thinking about the bygones, we should focus on what is in the present and have a positive approach towards everything.
What I appreciated the most about this book was the way with which author has tried to present things, which on the outset are very much easy to implement, but they will be incidental in assisting us transform into the most effective version of ourselves.
There are many times when we may feel like it is just impossible to make a change, and the idea alone can make us anxious, hence during such times, we should remember that if we bear it for a while, the results will always be in favor of what we anticipated.
As has been rightly mentioned in the book, much of the unhappiness and pain is a result of our own doing, hence I highly recommend everyone giving this a try and incorporating the habits and advise that has been mentioned herein to experience the benefits of it firsthand.
